The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat-screen TV. There is good Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave. Crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils and pots are also provided. There is a washing machine drying. A vacuum cleaner, a broom, an iron and a board are also at your disposal.

The room overlooks the street and is furnished with a double bed and a top quality mattress. All necessary bedding and sheets are provided and washed by professionals. The apartment has a bathroom accessible through the hallway with shower, toilet and sink. Rolls of toilet paper, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 4 people. A hairdryer is also provided.
The apartment is heated during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide fans for your stay if the hot temperatures are in the weather forecast. You will have access to a personal guide with suggestions on where to eat and shop.

- Check-in: Starts at 15:00. Arrivals after 19:00 must be confirmed in advance as the booking offices are closed. Late check-in is subject to availability and must be scheduled at least 24 hours before arrival. The host reserves the right to refuse a late registration if the client does not meet all the registration requirements.
- The departure: Takes place before 10 am.
- Final cleaning fee: 50€.

In case you do not make a check-in (by collecting the keys in a nearby store) and you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59, you must pay 50 EUR. After 22:00 you will pay 90 EUR. This amount is payable in cash.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for inspection, maintenance, cleaning and to show the unit to prospective buyers or tenants. The client must authorize management or its representative (including workers), with reasonable notice, to access the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in case of emergency or if a problem needs to be resolved quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, management may enter the property at any time without notice). Management has the additional right to conduct property visits of new potential customers between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm local time.
